Our client wanted to welcome their customers into a vibrant reception. We were asked to create their reception lighting scheme which had to have a chameleon style function, we where told there are two types of client, one you buy from and one you sell to. Changing the rooms to cater for their change in client base we look at Psychology. If we warmed the rooms lighting, the space felt safe, secure and welcoming which gave the ability to sell easier. If we produced a harder day light white, this showed a strength and cutting edge corporate look, given them the upper hand when buying and clinching the deal. The reception area is their customers first view of their company and who they are, the great thing is, they choose who they want to be!
