Our brief was to design and manufacture a complete interactive lighting scheme that would be practical as a working environment yet have a twist. The ceiling lighting is normally the perfect 4000 kelvin white, and provides the perfect working lighting levels, but when one of the team at Morgan Randall sell a property, the party begins. They simply ring the bell on the wall, our lighting system listens for that audio frequency of the bell and when heard the lighting show is triggered, allowing the team and the new home owners to celebrate buying their new dream home. This has proven to encourage sales and is also a great talking point for their customers as they talk about this to their friends and family and in-turn Morgan Randall get recommendations.
